Portuguese football star Cristiano Ronaldo visited Conor McGregor at the UFC Gym in Las Vegas while McGregor was training for his UFC 202 bout on August 20th.
Ronaldo posted a pic with the caption: Great to see you bro!!
Conor said: My brother Ronaldo dropped by the gym today! He is an animal. Thank you @cristiano, much respect! I will see you for that Forbes number 1 spot next year.
Ronaldo was Forbes' highest paid athlete earning $56 million in salary / winnings and $32 million in endorsements.
Conor McGregor was #85 on the list earning $18 million from salary / winnings and $4 million from endorsments.
In 2014, McGregor wore the Ronaldo CR7 brand underwear at the weighin for his fight with Diego Brandao.

On the weekend McGregor and Ronaldo were also with Jennifer Lopez for her 47th birthday. McGregor said Happy birthday Miss Jennifer Lopez! What a woman! What a night!
31 year old Ronaldo is an MMA fan and many of the people he follows on on social media are UFC fighters.
